The Quick-Shot™ shotgun/rifle holster (invented by Peregrine Field Gear) is a wonderful innovation that improves firearm safety on the range and in the field in addition to reducing fatigue and improving your reaction time when a bird flushes.

    Improves Safety:

The Quick-Shot™ keeps your firearm pointed in the safest direction possible: UP! The barrel of the gun is always visible (as opposed to being slung over your back) so you always know where your gun is aimed. Dog handlers no longer need to be concerned about firearms being pointed at their dogs in the field. With the Quick-Shot™, you can concentrate on enjoying a safe hunt.

    Faster Reaction Time:

The Quick-Shot™ earns its namesake because it keeps your gun ready. Your firearm is always in an optimum position for a fast draw, right when you need it. With the exception of always having your gun shouldered, the Quick-Shot™ ensures that the butt of your gun only has to travel the minimum straight-line distance from your belt to your shoulder in order to take a shot.

    Less Fatigue:

The Quick-Shot™ takes the weight off of your arms and lets your legs do the work. Using the Quick-Shot™, the weight load on your arms can be reduced by up to 75%!

Example: an 8 lb 6 oz over and under shotgun feels like a 2 lb 5 oz BB gun when in your Quick-Shot™ (i.e. a 72.4% weight load reduction!!!)

By eliminating the undue burden on your arms you'll hardly notice the weight of your firearm. This means you will be rested and alert when it's time for the next shot.

Additionally, youth and small frame hunters will be able to better enjoy their hunting experiences without being overly exhausted.

Safe, comfortable and ready to shoot

It's easy to keep your gun pointed in a safe direction and ready fire. Also loading/unloading is possible with the gun in the holster.
Less load on your arm so it's more comfortable during hunting or clay shooting.

    Quick-Shot Synthetic Shotgun Holster

I bought this for my son. This is his first year of shooting trap, He told me at the end of his first practice(100 clays) that his left arm(right hand shooter) was sore from holding his gun up and from holding it straight up when waiting his turn.
So I found the Quick shot holster and purchased it for him. Last week was the first time he used it and he said it really helped him out. He's 11. Some of his buddies were pretty interested in it.

    Slightly disappointed

    • Idea

The idea for this product is great, but it’s almost as if they made it too cheap. It bends down when the weight of my gun is in it. It might be better if they make the product together as one piece, instead of two. Not worth the price.

    Shotgun holster

Keeps your gun pointed in a safe direction and easier to carry. I have bought them for all my hunting partners and they love them.

Best product I've tried for bad shoulders.

I've got bad shoulder's and this Holster is great . I keep the holster in the center of my body and can easily switch back and forth between arms. In colder weather though, I like to keep my shot shells in my jacket pocket, and I must use the shell loops that are part of the holster construct. Not really a deal breaker.
