The Mid comes standard with a handle and 1" vent holes. Note it is not stackable or able to couple with smalls or mediums.

Love these crates, so well made. I ordered 1 midsized to see how I liked them. PERFECT..I ordered 8 more for my van and they are so easy to clean and not heavy..I'm so thankful that ruffland designed the midsized so perfect for a jack Russell. Kudos to a wonderful company
I didn’t realize there would only be a single 1” hole on the back side of the kennel and the plastic door it comes standard with is not easy to see through. I will probably be ordering the metal door to replace it. Very well made otherwise. I got a Primo Pad for the bottom of the kennel.
My dogs, two papillons and a mix spend a lot of time with me in the truck, these crates are solid and built to last.
The item shipped and arrived much earlier than I had originally expected. Once it had arrived, I checked over the kennel and it was perfect for my dog.
