Shipping Policy

Peregrine Outdoor Products understands that your orders are important and we will make every effort to ensure that your orders are shipped promptly.

Typically, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order is received. If any products are backordered, you will receive notification by email or phone. Any estimated shipping date on backordered items is only an estimate and not a guarantee. Items are normally shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), or the United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx when necessary.

Notification is sent via email after your order has been shipped, providing you with date shipped, the carrier and the tracking number. If you don't receive our email notification after 3 business days, please feel free to contact us at 800-595-3850 or orders@peregrineoutdoor.com.

Note: Orders placed on TrapHappens.com, SportShootingSupply.com, ClassicUplandSupply.com, GearUpToHunt.com, MizMac.com, WildHareShootingGear.com and PeregrineFieldGear.com will all appear as charges from Peregrine Outdoor Products, LLC.

Any returned, refused or undeliverable packages will incur the actual shipping fees of the order and are not refundable. Packages shipped with "Special Shipping" or "Free Shipping" will incur actual shipping costs if returned, refused or undeliverable. Reshipping returned, refused or undeliverable packages will incur the shipping costs of reshipping the order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Peregrine Outdoor Products will ship to most Foreign Countries using a parcel carrier of our choosing (typically US Postal Service). International shipping charges applied at the time of order are estimates only. If additional shipping fees are determined, we will contact the customer by email or phone to arrange payment.

Any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility to pay them upon delivery. All items entering a country outside of the US are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that particular country & specific provincial duty and custom laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the countries duty laws. These charges are normally due at the time of delivery; they are separate from the actual shipping charges charged by us. In addition, there may be an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes.
