The construction of the Signature South 40 is much like the original...triple vamp waterproof WeatherTuff leather construction with hand molded wrap around outer sole, but with some important differences. The Signature South 40 is fully leather lined in waterproofed Aqua-tanned leather, plus the outer molded sole is made from super tough boar hide leather for added wear resistance and foot support. And, to make your feet think they are walking on air, they built in a new high density Poron technical insert between the leather vamps to absorb shock and soften up hard terrain. The new Signature South 40 is fully equipped with all of the extras...with a soft cushion collar top, back pull strap, quick lacing brass studs in the top four eyelets and a super lightweight Olympic sole which reduces the weight of the boot by half. As a final touch the uppers of the Signature South 40 are tastefully branded with the Russell Moccasin logo. Treat your feet to the ultimate in comfort and performance for the bird fields!
