- Many of the 575 pants manufactured in 1999 and 2000 were labeled with incorrect care instructions. The tags read, Washable warm water, non-chlorine bleach as needed, tumble dry warm, preshrunk, may shrink additional 2-3%. (These are the correct care instructions for Style 579 Shelter Cloth Pants.) Over the next few months, we will replace the incorrect tags in all of our 575 pants. In the meantime, it is possible that a customer could buy pants with the wrong instructions.
- Common Uses
- As our mid-weight brush pants, Style 575 are the perfect compromise between comfort in warm weather, and abrasion resistance in the brush. The Style 1457 Cover Cloth Brush Pants are lighter weight, but not as abrasion resistant. The Style 775 Tin Cloth Brush Pants are heavier, and therefore even more abrasion resistant, but also less comfortable in hot weather.
