We would like to inform our customers about adding another transmitter to the 2300NCP, 2500T&B, or 3500NCP. If you already own one of the above units and would like to “add” another transmitter to the unit, you will have to send your original transmitter back to Dogtra to have both the original and new transmitter programmed to be in sync.

The transmitter is the one that contains the information needed to send to the receivers for programming. If you order another transmitter and try programming it to a existing system then you’ll have re-programmed the existing system to the “new” transmitter, losing all information from the original transmitter.

The only time that an order can be placed for a transmitter is when you have “lost” yours and need a replacement.

Receivers for the above units can be placed any time.
